Reporting to National People and Culture Manager, the Senior People & Culture Advisor plays an integral role in delivering high-quality People & Culture services across the organisation. The role provides expert advice and support on employee relations, industrial relations, workforce compliance, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives, while contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
