About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our In Home Services team and provide supports in Ballarat. This casual role offers morning and evening shifts across 7 days of the week.

Key duties will include:

• Manual Handling
• Personal care support
• Domestic duties including cleaning
• Meal support

What Do You Need?

• Experience in a similar Disability Support role and relevant qualifications
• Availability and flexibility to accept a range of shifts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Current First Aid and CPR, Manual Handling and Medication training certificates
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC
• Registered/Insured car and Drivers Licence
• Willingness to complete additional client specific training as needed
