We are currently looking for an experienced Disability Support Worker who lives in or close to Richmond and is available to work 3–4-hour shifts on Fridays, usually between the hours of 11am to 4pm. There may potentially also be Saturday shifts in the future.

These shifts will involve supporting our client at home or heading into the community for activities or appointments in the Richmond area.
What do I need?
Previous experience in a similar Disability Support Worker role
Experience and confidence working 1 on 1 with clients in their home and out in the community
Availability and commitment to working regular Friday shifts within the hours of 11am to 4pm
Excellent communication skills, compassionate and positive attitude
Recognised relevant qualifications and experience
A registered, insured car and driver’s licence
All applicants must have the relevant mandatory screening clearances, hold relevant industry standard certificates and qualifications and be willing to complete all required pre-employment training modules and induction sessions.
