We are currently looking for an experienced Disability Support Worker who lives in or close to Richmond and is available to work 3–4-hour shifts on Fridays, usually between the hours of 11am to 4pm. There may potentially also be Saturday shifts in the future.

How will I help? 

These shifts will involve supporting our client at home or heading into the community for activities or appointments in the Richmond area.

What do I need? 

• Previous experience in a similar Disability Support Worker role
• Experience and confidence working 1 on 1 with clients in their home and out in the community
• Availability and commitment to working regular Friday shifts within the hours of 11am to 4pm
• Excellent communication skills, compassionate and positive attitude 
• Recognised relevant qualifications and experience 
• A registered, insured car and driver’s licence
