We are now seeking an exceptional Community Services Manager - SA, based at our Broadview office, to lead high‑quality in‑home and community services across South Australia. In this strategic leadership role, you will champion client experience, elevate service excellence, grow community presence, and lead a passionate workforce committed to delivering outstanding, person‑centred support.

 

 

Make an Impact by:

  • Building an exceptional client experience focused on wellbeing, satisfaction, and long‑term relationships.
  • Driving portfolio growth through new and existing referral pathways, and optimising care delivery by identifying clients’ changing needs early, utilising Allied Health partnerships where appropriate.
  • Leading and developing a high‑performing, mobile workforce supporting individuals living independently in the community.
  • Creating a transparent, accountable, and collaborative team culture where people feel heard, supported, and inspired.
  • Implementing service excellence frameworks to ensure consistently high‑quality, person‑centred support.
  • Strengthening relationships with funding bodies and stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Driving strategic community engagement and business development to grow services across South Australia.
  • Ensuring efficient scheduling, workforce planning, and operational coordination to meet diverse client needs.
  • Collaborating with clinical teams and specialists to embed best‑practice care across all service streams.
  • Mentoring and coaching your team to unlock their strengths and deliver excellence every day.

What You Bring:

  • Qualifications (or equivalent experience) in Nursing, Allied Health, Community Services, Disability, or similar fields.
  • Experience in leading mobile or community‑based workforces within disability, healthcare, or human services.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS, service delivery models, and person‑centred frameworks.
  • A demonstrated ability to influence, engage, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
  • A calm, solutions‑focused approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
