About the Role

As our Specialist Support Coordinator Lead, you will drive high-quality, person-centred support coordination for participants with complex needs. This role combines leadership, clinical oversight, operational excellence and strategic influence across a national service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing Support Coordination team.
• Oversee compliance, risk management and quality assurance.
• Advocate for participants navigating complex service systems.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, families and allied professionals.
• Support strategic planning, program growth and service innovation.
• Drive service excellence aligned with NDIS Practice Standards.

What You Bring

• Qualifications in disability, psychology, social work, allied health or similar.
• Extensive experience supporting people with disability, particularly those with complex needs.
• Strong leadership capability across multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep knowledge of the NDIS and specialist service systems.
• High-level communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid Working with Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Driver’s Licence
• Ability to travel intra/interstate as required
