About the Role As our Specialist Support Coordinator Lead, you will drive high-quality, person-centred support coordination for participants with complex needs. This role combines leadership, clinical oversight, operational excellence and strategic influence across a national service environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing Support Coordination team.
- Oversee compliance, risk management and quality assurance.
- Advocate for participants navigating complex service systems.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, families and allied professionals.
- Support strategic planning, program growth and service innovation.
- Drive service excellence aligned with NDIS Practice Standards.
What You Bring - Qualifications in disability, psychology, social work, allied health or similar.
- Extensive experience supporting people with disability, particularly those with complex needs.
- Strong leadership capability across multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep knowledge of the NDIS and specialist service systems.
- High-level communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Driver’s Licence
- Ability to travel intra/interstate as required
