What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the engine room of our service delivery — coordinating the right support worker, at the right time, for the right client. Day to day, you will: - Build and maintain efficient, compliant rosters that reflect client needs and preferences
- Action real time roster changes, urgent shift coverage and unplanned absences
- Match workers to shifts based on skills, qualifications, compatibility and risk factors
- Monitor workforce metrics like utilisation, unallocated shifts and overtime
- Keep services running smoothly by responding to missed/late shifts and service gaps
- Escalate high risk issues, workforce shortages or complex situations to leadership
- Manage high volume calls and shared inboxes with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records, timesheets, notes and roster updates
- Process leave requests and support onboarding, buddy shifts and training compliance
This role is operational, fast paced and highly collaborative - perfect for someone who loves solving problems on the fly. What You’ll Bring - Experience in rostering, scheduling or service coordination (disability, community or health preferred)
- Strong communication skills and confidence managing high volume calls
- Ability to stay calm, organised and focused under pressure
- High attention to detail and accuracy in systems and documentation
- Understanding of SCHADS Award requirements (or willingness to learn)
- A genuine commitment to person‑centred support
- Current Driver’s Licence and ability to complete mandatory checks
Bonus points for: - NDIS experience
- Familiarity with rostering systems (e.g., Visual Care)
