At ONCALL Group Australia, every person matters and so does every moment. We believe in empowering people with disability to live the life they choose, and we’re passionate about delivering services that genuinely make a difference. We’re looking for an Intake Coordinator who thrives on connection, clarity and compassion - someone who understands the importance of getting the first step in someone’s support journey right. If you’re driven by purpose, fueled by teamwork and ready to join an organisation that backs you every step of the way, we’d love to meet you. You’ll be the first voice clients hear, the first smile they see, and the first reassurance families receive. In this role, you’ll guide people through the intake process with professionalism, warmth and confidence - ensuring their experience is smooth, respectful and centred on their needs. You won’t just process enquiries; you’ll make people feel supported, informed and valued from day one.
What You’ll Do - Respond promptly and compassionately to all new enquiries.
- Review incoming referrals and ensure they meet ONCALL onboarding requirements.
- Coordinate intake home or site visits to truly understand client needs.
- Work closely with our service delivery, scheduling and clinical teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and report weekly on client suitability and transition progress.
- Ensure financial, administrative and documentation requirements are met before onboarding.
Every interaction you have contributes to the ONCALL promise: Quality supports, delivered with respect, reliability and heart. What we are looking for: - 2+ years’ experience in intake, client services or coordination.
- Strong understanding of the disability, community services or NDIS environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset - you see opportunities, not obstacles.
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
- Confidence working both autonomously and collaboratively.
- A genuine desire to help people achieve great outcomes.
Bonus skills: - Prior experience in the disability sector
- Familiarity with NDIS processes and legislation
The Essentials - Current Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Ability to travel when required
- Flexibility for occasional after-hours work
Here, we celebrate diversity, champion inclusion, and create an environment where people feel safe, respected and truly valued. This is your chance to be part of something meaningful. If you’re passionate about supporting people with disability and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
