We are seeking a passionate Service Coordinator to join ONCALL’s dynamic In-Home Services team, on a casual employment basis. You will provide great customer service, supporting people with disabilities with your patience, understanding and problem-solving skills.

About the Role - Key duties will include:

• Working with clients to ensure their teams include well matched Support Workers and that changes to their rosters are actioned in a timely manner.
• Efficiently managing data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness in updating client profiles.
• Proactively engaging with clients via calls, understanding their needs, and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Maintaining detailed and up-to-date profile notes within our system to facilitate comprehensive client understanding and support.
• Assisting in reporting activities, compiling data, and generating reports to aid decision-making processes.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of support services.

About you - As the successful candidate, you will bring:

• Experience within the health, community care or disability sectors will be highly regarded.
• Experience in making and answering calls, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective client communication and relationship-building.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks efficiently and prioritizing effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry and system management, with a keen eye for detail.
• Current Driver’s Licence
