About Us ONCALL Training College and Divtec (OTC/DIVTEC) are nationally recognised RTOs specialising in training for the community services and disability sector. We deliver accredited qualifications, short courses, and custom-designed programs that empower learners and strengthen organisations. With demand growing, we’re expanding our training team – and that’s where you come in. The Role We’re looking for passionate Trainers and Assessors to deliver: - Short Courses: Medication Administration, Manual Handling, PEG Feeding, Epilepsy & Midazolam, Diabetes Awareness, Positive Behaviour Support, Autism Support & more.
- Accredited Qualifications: Diploma of Community Services & Certificate IV in Mental Health.
Training is delivered face-to-face, blended and on-site. What You'll Bring - Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
- Strong industry background in community services/mental health
- Passion for sharing knowledge and motivating learners
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Current WWCC (Employee) and NDIS Worker Screening Check
