Supported Accommodation Manager

We're looking for an exceptional Supported Accommodation Manager to join the ONCALL team in Queensland. In this role you will lead, manage and support a network of Supported Accommodation services ensuring participants receive high-quality, person-centered support.

Your Impact will include:

  • Lead delivery of client-centered, safe and competent services aligned with NDIS goals and individual plans.
  • Ensure participant care plans, behavior support plans, allied health management plans and risk assessments are regularly reviewed and implemented.
  • Actively engage with families, guardians, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain high standards of participant records and documentation.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Team Leaders and Disability Support Workers across designated accommodations, including regular supervision and performance reviews.
  • Ensure efficient rostering and adequate staffing levels to meet participant needs, including after-hours support when required.
  • Oversee financial performance and maintain service quality.

 

You will bring:

  • Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership/management role within the disability or supported accommodation sector.
  • Experience managing services for people with complex disabilities and behaviors.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and supervise multidisciplinary teams in a supported accommodation setting.
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS frameworks and safeguarding requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong IT literacy, including use of client management systems and reporting tools.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, DHS Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR, Manual Handling Certificate, and Driver’s License.
