In this full time role you will:

• Ensure the delivery of exceptional service and high quality supports by leading a team of support workers in one of our SIL accommodation houses.
• Build and maintain collaborative and professional working relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
• Be “hands-on”, leading by example and supporting your team.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks and documentation in the residence.
• Attend and organise regular house and team meetings.

To be successful you will need:

• Experience in a similar role as a team leader in a residential setting.
• Confidence to work with clients who display behaviours of concern.
• Strong accountability and problem solving mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work full time hours, with a variety of shifts rostered across the week.
• Relevant industry background checks, or willingness to obtain them.
