Workforce and Scheduling Lead

ONCALL is currently seeking a Workforce and Scheduling Lead to be responsible for the ongoing management and monitoring of Supported Accommodation rosters.

In this key role you will:

  • Ensure all supported accommodation rosters are consistently and appropriately staffed to a high level to provide reliable service delivery whilst meeting client plans.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive record management for communications with employees regarding shift coverage.
  • Regularly liaise with Managers, team members and employees to ensure the rostering needs and funding of the supported accommodation facilities are being met.
  • Support and mentor Accommodation Schedulers to contribute to a cohesive team environment.
  • Build and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

To be successful you will need:

  • Significant demonstrated experience in scheduling shift workers and using rostering or time attendance systems.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence change and improvement.
  • Knowledge of modern awards and an understanding of how to interpret and apply when rostering in a 24/7 environment.
  • Demonstrated positive and flexible attitude with a willingness to take on a wide range of diverse tasks and adjust to competing priorities.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Relevant industry background checks, or willingness to obtain them.
