About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide supports in Stawell and St Arnaud. This casual role offers shifts varying from 3 - 8 hours per day, during Monday to Friday and also some weekend shifts. Your day may include: - Providing personal care and daily living support
- Assisting with community access, appointments, and social activities
- Supporting skill-building, routines, and independence goals
- Manual Handling and Meals Support
- Delivering complex and high-intensity supports (if qualified)
What Do You Need? - Experience in a similar Disability Support role.
- A Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or equivalent (or working towards one)
- Current certificates for First Aid & CPR and Manual Handling Certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- Registered/Insured reliable vehicle and Drivers Licence
- Willingness to complete additional client specific training as needed
- Strong communication skills and a caring, professional approach
