- Implementing service excellence frameworks to ensure consistently high‑quality, person‑centred support.

- Ensuring efficient scheduling, workforce planning, and operational coordination to meet diverse client needs.

What You Bring: - Qualifications (or equivalent experience) in Nursing, Allied Health, Community Services, Disability, or similar fields.
- Experience in leading mobile or community‑based workforces within disability, healthcare, or human services.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS, service delivery models, and person‑centred frameworks.
- A demonstrated ability to influence, engage, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
