About the Role

We are currently seeking an active and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team in Geelong.  This casual role offers Thursday afternoon/evening shifts (4.30pm - 7.30pm) providing support to a young person in the Geelong area.

Key support duties will include:

• Manual handling including hoist transfer
• Personal care
• Stoma care
• Meal support
• Administration of medication

What Do You Need?

• Experience in a similar Disability Support role including complex care needs.
• Relevant qualifications and training – RN will be highly regarded.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and compassionate approach.
• Current First Aid and CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC. 
• Drivers Licence.
