About the Role We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Quality & L&D Administration Support professional to join our Clinical, Quality & Safeguards team on a part-time (4 days per week) basis. This role plays a critical part in supporting compliance, audit readiness, safeguarding, and workforce capability through high-quality administrative support. You’ll contribute to CRM reporting, document control, training coordination, and continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: - Generate, analyse and distribute CRM reports relating to compliance, training and operational metrics
- Monitor mandatory training completion, follow up non‑compliance and escalate risks in line with timeframes
- Maintain document control and version management for clinical, quality and training documentation
- Support internal and external audits, including collation of evidence and compliance reporting
- Coordinate Learning & Development activities, including inbox management, scheduling and record keeping
- Maintain accurate LMS and training records, uploading certificates within required timeframes
- Support incident, safeguarding, restrictive practice and WHS reporting processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement through trend analysis and identification of gaps
- Provide general administrative support that strengthens operational efficiency and compliance
About You You’ll bring: - Strong administrative experience in quality, compliance, training or operational environments
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data, reports and systems
- Experience in document control, audit preparation or compliance support
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a part‑time schedule
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, professional approach
- High integrity and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
Experience in disability, aged care or human services, and familiarity with NDIS Practice Standards, safeguarding, and WHS, will be highly regarded. Qualifications & Experience - Relevant qualification in administration, compliance, training coordination or a related field (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) is advantageous
- Experience using CRM, LMS and Microsoft 365 systems
- Understanding of regulated quality and safeguarding environments
