ONCALL Group Australia is looking for a skilled People and Culture Advisor to support leaders and employees across a diverse and flexible organisation. You’ll provide end-to-end HR advice, working collaboratively with management to deliver solutions that support business objectives, drive engagement and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. About the role - Key responsibilities will include: · Managing investigations and employee complaints ensuring thorough investigations that meet legislative requirements and observe the principles of procedural fairness. · Supporting managers and stakeholders through all HR processes, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements. · Ensuring adherence to ONCALL onboarding requirements and maintenance of employee records. · Contributing to the development and review of HR Policies and Procedures. · Assisting with the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies You will bring · Proven experience in an HR role at a comparable level. · Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field. · Understanding of, and ability to interpret legislation and other industrial instruments relevant to the Disability and Community Services sectors. · Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into strategic HR initiatives. · Proven ability to effectively operate in a highly regulated and compliance-driven environment. · Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines. · Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility with a willingness to take on a diverse range of tasks. · Evidenced experience in the management and maintenance of HRIS systems and relevant employment information.
