About the Role We are currently seeking suitably experienced Disability Support Workers to join our Rapid Workforce Solutions team in NSW and provide supports to clients with Personal care, community access and domestic assistance needs. This is a casual role, with these current locations and shifts times on offer: - Sadleir: Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesday, 2-hour shifts in the morning
- Green Valley: Mondays, 10am-2pm
- Fairfield: variety of days and times
- Central Coast: variety of days and times
What Do You Need? - Experience in a similar Disability Support role, preferably also with some Aged Care experience
- Relevant qualifications, minimum Certificate III Level
- Availability and flexibility to accept a range of shifts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Current First Aid and CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication training
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC
- Registered/Insured car and Drivers Licence
- Willingness to complete additional training as needed
