We’re seeking a Service Delivery & Administration Officer to join our dedicated disability services team- a role where your rostering expertise and administrative precision will directly support people living with disability to receive the care they deserve.
About the Role This diverse role combines rostering, administration, and service delivery coordination. You’ll ensure that staff rosters are accurate, compliant, and responsive to client needs while also providing high-level administrative support to our Service Delivery and Corporate teams.
Your key duties will include: - Coordinating and maintaining rosters for disability support staff across multiple sites.
- Managing daily workforce changes, shift swaps, and last-minute coverage.
- Supporting compliance and NDIS documentation.
- Managing inboxes, timesheets, and client records with exceptional attention to detail.
- Assisting with onboarding, training tracking, and staff engagement activities.
- Coordinating meetings, travel, and events to keep our teams connected and supported.

- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experienced in rostering, workforce coordination, or scheduling within disability or community services.
- Confident using rostering and administrative systems (Visual Care, ShiftCare, or similar).
- A clear and professional communicator with strong follow-through.
- A team player who thrives on helping others and keeping things running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring - At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or rostering role.
- Understanding of NDIS frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Strong computer literacy and record management skills.
