We are currently looking for an experienced Disability Support Worker who is willing and able to support our client in the southern/bayside area. The shifts available will be on Mondays and Tuesdays, from 10am - 3pm.

How will I help? 

These shifts will typically involve supporting our client with a mix of community access and in home support, including engaging with their preferred hobbies and activities.

What do I need? 

• Availability and commitment to working the required shift hours on Mondays and Tuesdays, from 10am – 3pm.
• Excellent communication skills
• Compassionate and positive attitude, with a focus on client needs and outcomes.  
• Demonstrated previous experience supporting clients with Behaviours of Concern.
• Driver’s licence and a registered car.
