About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide supports to our young client in Geelong. This casual role offers shifts across Friday to Sunday, with 24 hour care.

Key duties will include:

• Personal care support
• Working in a SIL House environment
• Community participation outings and activities

What Do You Need?

• Solid experience in a similar Disability Support role
• Relevant qualifications
• Availability and flexibility to accept a range of different shifts
• Experience working with younger clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Current First Aid and CPR, Manual Handling and Medication training
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC
• Registered/Insured car and Drivers Licence
• Willingness to complete additional client specific training as needed
